What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  You may also checkout through your Paypal account or Google Checkout.  We assure you that all forms of payment are processed securely.

What is the normal production & shipping time? TOP
Due to high volume and complete personalization as each order is placed, most orders generally ship within 5 - 10 business days. We ship with USPS First Class & Priority Mail.

Large orders (i.e. 20 + Koozies) often take longer.  If we see that your order is gong to take longer than 10 business days to produce, we will notify you via email.

If a particular item has a longer production time than 10 business days, the accurate production time will be noted on the items page.

Can I have my order expedited? TOP
Absolutely.  We offer EXPEDITED PRODUCTION for orders which guarantees the order will ship within 48 hours.  If you are interested in expedited production, please email us PRIOR to placing your order.

We can also offer EXPEDITED SHIPPING via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Overnight.  Again, please email us PRIOR to placing your order if you are interested in expedited shipping.

What is your return & cancellation policy? TOP
Due to the personalization of our products, orders cannot be canceled once submitted and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless a personalization error was made by Boutiqueme.net.  Due to this policy, please double check all of your personalization specifics before placing your order.  If you place an order and realize that you made a mistake with the monogram or name, please email us immediately and we will do our best to correct this before production.  Once an item has been personalized, it can not be corrected unless a subsequent order is placed.

If you feel that we made a mistake, please email us prior to returning the item, as all returns MUST have an RA# before the return can be approved.  All returns must be received before the corrected item can be shipped.

If an item is returned and confirmed to be a mistake on our part, we will refund the return shipping costs and ship out the corrected item immediately.  All returns must be made via USPS First Class.

We special order products all of the time.  Unfortunately, we can't offer every item that everyone is looking for but we will always do our best to help our customers find the perfect monogrammed gift or accessory!

Which items are available for wholesale? TOP
BoutiqueMe.net has a large line of wholesale items available for websites & brick and mortar stores.  Please email us if you have any questions about our wholesale line and/or policies.  Visit the wholesale link in the right column on our site to sign up to become a wholesaler.

Do you offer custom embroidery & monogramming? TOP
Yes, if you provide the product, we can monogram it.  Please feel free to email us with any custom embroidery questions and we will be happy to suggest monogramming options for you and quote you a price prior to sending us the item.

Do you offer custom corporate logo work? TOP
Yes,We offer custom work for corporations, charities and all groups.  There is a small fee for digitizing logos.  We would be happy to discuss embroidery options for your corporation or group. Please contact us for a quote.

Do you offer QUANTITY DISCOUNTS? TOP
Yes, many of our products are eligible for quantity discounts, for quantities of 10 or more.  If you would like further information, please email us using the CONTACT US link for details about discounts on a specific product.

What is your Holiday Shipping Schedule? TOP
Please review the dates below for the best possibility of delivery prior to December 24th.  If you are interested in OVERNIGHT SHIPPING, please email us and we will confirm if your order includes products that are eligible for overnight shipping at any time.
