www.boutiqueme.net Affiliate Program Our affiliate program is free to join! How does the affiliate program work? If an individual clicks through a banner or link on your site to BoutiqueMe.net, that visitor is marked with an anonymous cookie. If a sale occurs within 30 days of the cookie assignment, you will receive 5% of the total purchase excluding charges for shipping and taxes. *Please note that if a customer has already clicked into BoutiqueMe.net from another affiliate site, the assigned cookie is valid for 30 days from that click. Therefore, if they later click through from your site within that existing 30 day period, the previous affiliate will still get credit for that customer. Once the 30 day cookie period has expired from the initial click through, the process starts over again. Once an affiliate has joined, you are free to log in to the program at any time to check your commission status. How often do I receive payment? Payments are made between the 1st and 5th of every month. You will be paid for your earnings via Paypal. Please ensure that the email address that you use to sign up with is the address to which you wish your Paypal payment to be paid to. ALL PAYMENTS ARE MADE IN US DOLLARS. How do I advertise for www.BoutiqueMe.net? Once you sign up, you will be given an account and can obtain a BoutiqueMe.net banner from the affiliate account. *Please note, these banners cannot be altered in any way other than resizing. *Before signing up, you must agree to the following: 1. BoutiqueMe.net is a family friendly site. Therefore, we only allow family friendly sites to advertise BoutiqueMe.net or represent BoutiqueMe.net through the affiliate program. Websites must be active at the time of joining the affiliate program. 2. Both BoutiqueMe.net and the affiliate reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time. If the affiliate removes themselves, or is removed from the program, outstanding commissions will be paid as scheduled for the next payment date. However, the affiliate will forgo all future commission payments. If an affiliate is removed from the program, that affiliate will be notified via email and asked to remove the link to BoutiqueMe.net immediately. 3. The affiliate agrees not to represent BoutiqueMe.net in any way to which could be considered distasteful, defaming, or misrepresented. The affiliate agrees not to alter the BoutiqueMe.net banners other than resizing. 4. Affiliates are not employees of BoutiqueMe.net and are thus responsible for any local, state, and/or federal taxes associated with their commissions. 5. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure the link is working properly. In addition, the affiliate must ensure that the web address provided upon sign up is where the link will be placed to ensure to qualify for the commissions. 6. BoutiqueMe.net does NOT tolerate spam mail to promote our online boutique. If an affiliate is found to be using spamming techniques to promote BoutiqueMe.net, they will be immediately terminated from the program. 7. BoutiqueMe.net retains the right to alter the conditions of this agreement and affiliate program at any time. Existing affiliates will be notified via email of any changes to this agreement and/or affiliate program and can remove themselves from the program if desired.
